Qualifications and Requirements: Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license and registration in Italy. Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in nursing care or caregiving roles. Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and standards of care. Excellent clinical skills and ability to assess and respond to patient needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathy, compassion, and ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping. Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
