INTRODUCTION: A Deputy commissioner abbreviated as DC or called District Magistrate is a land revenue, chief administrative, responsible collector, or officer, is a great representative of the government of Pakistan or a representative club or a unit. And other many duties such as the sphere of civil administration, development, Panchayats, local bodies, etc. Because of his important presence in the office, the deputy commissioner is likely to called a measuring rod of quality in the administration.
