Roles & Responsibilities
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum carpets and hard floors.
- Surface Cleaning: Dust and wipe down furniture, desks, counters, and light fixtures.
- Restroom Maintenance: Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, and mirrors; restock soap and paper towels.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Supplies & Reporting: Track cleaning supplies and report needed building repairs to management
Job Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25–30 pounds for long hours.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all areas meet high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Independence: Able to work well with little supervision and manage time wisely.
- Education: High school diploma or basic schooling is preferred, though on-the-job training is common.

- Supply upkeep: Tracking inventory and restocking hygiene items.
Personal (Soft) Skills:
- Time management: Finishing tasks quickly without losing quality.
- Reliability: Being honest, punctual, and able to work alone.
- Physical stamina: Standing, bending, and lifting for long hours.
- Communication: Reporting safety issues and following instructions clearly.
