Job Description
You are joining the KYC & Corruption team within Financial Security as a KYC Financial Security Officer.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
- Verify sensitive KYC files and analyze the envisaged transactions, carry out notoriety analyses and file completeness in accordance with relevant procedures;
- Process approval requests escalated by the vetting and validation teams for customer, supplier, and intermediary files reported to KYC and ABC Financial Security
- Handles KYC Advisory requests requested by the business lines, CSG vetting teams and Financial Security in France and internationally.
- Advise and assist the business lines, financial security, CSG vetting teams and other functions involved in the KYC system, in France and internationally, on KYC procedures, rules and processes.
- Participate in and/or lead KYC due diligence meetings with departments and/or clients
- Participate in the drafting of internal notes, operating procedures and procedures related to KYC
- Participate in various KYC projects (regulatory, process review, tools, etc.)
- Raise employees’ awareness of the KYC process;
- Participate in the development and facilitation of general and specific KYC training
- Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of the KYC system (participation in work and projects related to KYC with the various financial security stakeholders, the vetting and KYC management teams, and the IT teams); contribution to the definition and review of methodologies and procedures relating to the KYC system in order to develop and strengthen it; contribution to the improvement and implementation of KYC indicators);
- Contribute to the responses to be provided to the requests of the regulators, in particular the ACPR and the AFA;
- Reporting;
- Contribution to the preparation of the various KYC Financial Security committees or for the CSG operational teams.

- Physical & System Safety: Monitor surveillance equipment, test alarms, and control access to restricted areas like vaults or server rooms.
- Fraud & Risk Mitigation: Investigate suspicious activities, lost checks, or teller discrepancies, and run risk assessments.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to laws like anti-money laundering (AML) and international sanctions.
- Emergency Response: Act as the main contact for law enforcement during threats, robberies, or crises.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in law, banking/finance and/or risk/compliance, you have 2 to 5 years of experience in risk management functions, Compliance or in a Financial Security department on a similar position.
You master:
- French and foreign KYC regulations;
- Financial Security topics.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:
- Rigorous;
- Endowed with great editorial qualities;
- Endowed with a spirit of analysis and a capacity for synthesis.
You master English with a C1 level.
